3rd Reflection (( Fahrenheit 451 ))

Fahrenheit 451 is seriously a boring book. I read a few pages of the third section and couldn't understand anything it was talking about. Confusing and uninteresting!

Fahrenheit 451Reflective Post 2nd Part (P.71~P.110)

The material gets more and more boring the more I read it. I'm not thrilled to read this book. There was nothing yet to be excited about. This new chapter introduces a new character called Faber. All I know about this chapter is that Montag ripped out pages from the Bible to make Faber teach him something. I don't really like this book and I wouldn't consider reading it a second time. One word to describe this book is BORING!

Fahrenheit 451Reflective Post 1st Part (P.3~P68)

The first 60 or more pages of this book describes Montag and some other characters in this book like Clarisse, Beatty and Mildred - Montags wife. It talks about how Montag - as a firefighter, burns the houses of those who own books. But this book is kinda dull. A bit boring and uninnteresting. But that's only the first chapter of the book. Hopefully the material will be more fun to read just like the Fallen Angels novel; cursing, exciting and fun to read.

Romeo + Juliet = Classic Love Story

I think the story of Romeo and Juliet is confusing, but reveals the real term of Love. Which makes people do stupid things and think unbelievable thoughts. For example, Romeo said " Since the world began, the sun has never seen a woman as beautiful as Rosaline. I will go to the Capuletes' feast - but only to look at Rosaline." Hyperbole is used in this sentence. It is perfect to describe how he feels using figurative language because this way the person reading his feelings about Rosaline will know how much he admires her (Loves her). I think Romeo needs to reconfigure his feelings for Rosaline and Juliet.
